Weight= 1 lb, 11 oz. 4.5" x 3.5" x 2. This is a large amethyst quartz crystal cluster. Has small red and black hematite inclusions especially red throughout.

Has a touch of matrix on bottom that is a combination of broken down pegmatite; epidote, feldspar and other things. The luster is really great, this one is out of the "top 5" pocket! The tips have very small issues, scuffs and contact damage, see pics. Formed around 350 million years ago.
